We had our roof shingles replaced by Star Moon Roofing yesterday, September 3, 2020. I sent a text to get a quote from Star Moon Roofing and I got a response from Joyce in within a couple of minutes. Joyce and her husband Li came over the next day, did a thorough visual inspection at the roof, showed me photos of a few problems up there, measured the area, and gave me the quote right there. Joyce showed me all the details of the work to be done, the choices of shingles and its cost, choice of additional material cost, warranties, samples of different brand shingles, etc., she had everything written and was very clear. Joyce confirmed with me the day before the scheduled work. Li and his crew: Jie, Wei and Yang were punctual. They worked hard and diligently. The job site was kept very clean and when they were all done, they did a great job cleaning up everywhere. The gutters were cleaned and they even used a dust blower on the roof to dust-off the shingles. Li showed me photos of the finished work on the roof. Amazing job! It rained last night and for the first time in the last couple of years, I had a peace of mind, I was not worried about shingles flying off the roof, plywood getting wet or possible leaking somewhere in the ceiling because I was confident of the team's work. Overall, we are very impressed, happy and satisfied with Joyce friendly, quick response, patience, honesty, knowledge and organization; her husband Li, Jie, Wei and Yang for their exceptional work. The team were very respectful, courteous, reliable, attentive and professional. Great professional job all around. A great job from start to finish! A couple of neighbours came over to ask me about the roof shingle work, I have already recommended them their service. Thank you, Joyce, Li, Jie, Wei and Yang! Great job! came very early in the morning, completed the job in one day, cleaned up their mess plus mine.. Very professional and did more than was required.. I asked many questions being that I am picky and Joyce was very patient in answering. She made sure I was satisfied with job done. Sent me lots of photos during the process . Came back next day to check roof to make sure everything was good..I am very very happy that I hired them..

Joyce and her team did an excellent job in installing a new flat roof. Most of the roofing companies [including big names] gave us a high quote plus they’re too busy to respond to any queries. On contrary, Joyce’s responded super quick, very humble and patiently listened to all our questions. They were very transparent in the whole process and shared all the pictures of installation by clearly indicating each step. They offered us a very reasonable price, best possible advice and even repaired a small damaged siding with no extra charge. Honestly, if you are seeking for someone affordable as well as good quality work…I would definitely recommend them. So, far there’s no issue with our new roof. Hope it stays that way and we don’t have to call them😊

I highly recommend this company they are very friendly honest talented helpful people...excellent customer service and very experienced and knowledgeable people....my roof was leaking I called them and they showed up next day and put the tarp on the roof to stop leaking....when weather got better they came and changed the whole roof...they are budget friendly and gave me good deal...finished the work in one day clean up all the mess....I highly recommend this company you won't regret and will be happy with their job....thank you Star Moon Roofing....
